Spicy tacos with Mati’s Tender Fillets Without Chicken, guacamole and mango salsa

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • Mati's Tender Fillets Without Chicken, 180 g

  • 6 small wheat tortillas, 165 g

  • Black beans, 100 g

  • 1 avocado, 200 g

  • 2 tomatoes, 230 g

  • (Frozen) mango pieces, 100 g

  • 1 small red onion, 50 g

  • Chilli flakes, salt

Chop the onion and cut 1 tomato into small pieces. Mix them together with the mango to make a salsa and add salt and chili flakes if desired.

Make the guacamole. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and spoon the contents into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and add the other chopped tomato. Add salt to taste and chili flakes if desired.

Cut the Tender Fillets Without Chicken into small pieces. Heat the pan to medium heat, add oil and put the pieces in the hot pan. Add chili flakes and salt to taste. After a few minutes, add the drained and rinsed black beans. Fry the Tender Fillets Without Chicken until the pieces are golden brown (about 5 minutes total).

Heat the tortillas in a dry pan for ~30 seconds on both sides.

To serve, spread guacamole on the tortilla, add salsa, and top with Tender Fillets Without Chicken and bean mixture. Bon Appetit! 🧡
