Tender Fillets Without Chicken Bowl with sriracha mayo

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • Mati's Tender Fillets Without Chicken, 180 g

  • 1 bag of white rice, 125 g

  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch, 15 g

  • Salt, pepper

  • 1 avocado, 200 g

  • 1 carrot, 80 g

  • Cucumber, 120 g

  • Red cabbage, 80 g

  • Sriracha mayonnaise, 60g

  • Sesame seeds, 10 g

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the bag of rice and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is soft.

Cut the Tender Fillets Without Chicken into small pieces. Add starch, salt and pepper to the pieces. Mix everything together so that the pieces are evenly coated with starch.

Fry the Tender Fillets Without Chicken pieces with a drop of oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes, until all the pieces are crispy and golden brown.

Cut the avocado, carrot, cucumber and cabbage into pieces in the size of your liking.

Assemble the bowl: put the rice in the bottom of the bowl, drizzle the mayo over it, add the vegetables and the crispy chickenless chicken. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bon Appetit! 💚
