Once upon a time in a small, but forward-looking country called Estonia, there were two mycelium-based food enthusiasts. Both of them were about to start their own journey in offering people the food the future world needed when they stumbled upon each other.

After understanding their visions and values aligned perfectly, while their know-how complemented each other’s, they decided to join forces. Mati, previously Meet Future, was born with a mission to enable people to enjoy healthy vegan products that surpass their animal-based counterparts in terms of taste, healthiness, affordability and popularity.

By now, the dynamic duo of Triin and Andrean has grown into a quartet, as Mari and Angelina have joined the team. Mari, a proud generalist takes care of Mati’s marketing activities and the team’s product developer Angelina works her magic in the test kitchen.
